Obituary of Hansford Lawrence Hendren

Hansford Lawrence Hendren, 75, of College Manor, died Sunday at his home.
Born Dec. 7, 1930, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Ernest E. and Nona Divine Hendren. He was a retired teacher, having taught in the Stanford and Harrodsburg school systems. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War and was a member of Kentucky Retired Teachers Association.
Survivors include two sons, Kelly Hendren of Lexington and Kevin Hendren of Atlanta.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Flynn Rogers. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Craig, Carlos Lester, Harold Hendren, Andy Weatherford, Hughes Jones and Jackie Key.
Visitation is 4-7 p.m. today and prior to the service Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be sent to charity of ones choice.
