Beuna Baker, 96, Harrodsburg, KY, died Saturday, January 28, 2023, at the Ephraim McDowell James B Haggin Hospital, Harrodsburg. Born June 27, 1926, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Bernice and Viola (Robinson) Sallee. She was widow of Haldon M. Stratton and William D. Baker. She was a retired Corning Glass employee after 30 plus years. A member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church, and member of the Faith, Hope and Love Sunday School Class, V. F. W. and Haggin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. She also volunteered at the Christian Life Center in recent years.
Survivors include: one son: Ronald M Stratton of FL; one sister: Bonnie Barnett of Harrodsburg, grandchildren: Mark, Michael, Stephanie; Great Grandchildren, Tyler, Josie, Conner, Mollie; and several Nieces & Nephews. She was preceded in death by six sisters, Oneita, Dorthy, Eloise, Louise, Frances, and Shirley.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, Feb. 3, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, with Bro. John Kesel officiating. Visitation after 11 AM Friday, at the chapel.
