William “Ray” Beasley, 73, Harrodsburg, KY, died Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville. Born May 19, 1948, in Pulaski County, he was the son of the late Robert and Sarah Ann (Roberts) Beasley. Ray was an Army veteran and retired as a supervisor for Innoac Corporation. He was a people person who never met a stranger. He loved everything about classic cars, from restoring them, to cruise-ins and car shows. Survivors include: two sisters: Rella (Donald) Pennington and Retha Durham, and one brother: Roy Everett Beasley; sister in law, Rhonda Beasley all of Mercer County; nieces & nephews, Trisha Dunbar, Shawn Durham, Chad Beasley, Damon Beasley; great nieces & nephews, Matt, Andrew, McKenzie Dunbar, Casey Lynn Durham, Campbell and Langston Beasley, and his best friend, Punkin. He was preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Beasley. Visitation will be 11 am - 2 pm Saturday; March19, with the Funeral services at 2 pm conducted, by Gill Duffy at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. . Pallbearers are: Pleas Travillian, Buddy Howells, David Sexton, Chad Beasley, Damon Beasley and Shawn Durham.
