Helen Louise Reynolds, 92, Salvisa, widow of Wayne Reynolds, died Thursday, November 5, 2020, at her home. Born November 18, 1927, in Fayette County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Alma (Preston) Simpson. Helen was a recently retired cashier for Lawrenceburg Kroger Store and was a member of the Grapevine Christian Church, where she was active in the ladies group. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, reading and cooking. Survivors include: two daughters, Betty (Richard) Gluckman of Hiram, GA and Sue (Steve) Deskins of New Smyrna Beach, FL; one son, Gary (Jackie) Reynolds of Salvisa; she also has six grandchildren, Lisa Stratton Black, Ken Stratton, Callie Little, Tiffany Gluckman, LeAnn Curry, and Gary "Gig" Reynolds Jr.; thirteen great-grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Mark and Sonda Deskins, and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Monday, Nov. 9, 2020, by Claude Waldridge and Ron Bodager, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Salvisa, KY. Visitation will be 11 AM until 1 PM, Monday at Ransdell's. Pallbearers: Ken & Cole Stratton, Gary "Gig" Reynolds Jr., Landon & Keith Curry, Jacob Black and Austin Reynolds.
