Obituary of William Newton Cornish

William Newton Cornish, 73, Harrodsburg, KY, widower of Imogene  Alsman Cornish, died Wednesday at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Born March 22,1946, in Bondville Ky,  to the late Pies and the late Katherine Martin (Bast) Cornish.

William was a retired truck driver for Wild Turkey Distillery, he also did small engine repair as a sideline, but loved gardening and fishing.

          He is survived by: two daughters: Kathy (James) Raney and Angela Cornish, two sons: Mike Cornish and Scottie Cornish all of Harrodsburg, half brother; Jimmy King of Franklin, TN, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

          Visitation will be Monday; April 29, from 12 noon - 2 PM at Ransdell Funeral Chapel,  Harrodsburg, KY.

Pallbearers will be: Andrew Cornish, John Baltimore, Dustin Baker, Scottie Raley, Jeff Coslow and Brian Raney.

          Funeral service will be Monday,  2:00 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Lynn Releford. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
